The FORLAB team has been working together for years in the academic field in the research and development of scientific methods and solutions for the analysis, processing and protection of multimedia content, i.e. audio tracks, digital photographs and video sequences. The application scenarios of these technologies range from the medical to the industrial field, but in the specific case of the forensic sector, the same technologies still find some difficulty today in receiving full recognition and adequate application.
This is where FORLAB’s mission was born, which it wants to configure, thanks to the high training of its team gained over the years, as a bridge that connects scientific results to the real needs of the forensic world.
